Cyara Integrations

Cyara integrations are enabled by Integration Hub, a new component of the Cyara Platform designed to deliver a scalable approach to integrating to a range of 3rd party systems. These integrations are able to be modified and changed to adapt to the requirements of the target system. The flexibility of the Integration Hub allows you to pull information from a Cyara Campaign into a ticketing/support system for example, allowing you to use your existing support infrastructure with the Cyara Platform.

Currently the Integration Hub is supported for Cloud based Cyara Platforms. Support for On-Premise installations of the Integration Hub will be added in a future release.
